We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, even accommodating our request to change rooms. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of the city and very close to a metro station. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were great, with a shiny and well-maintained lobby. We also appreciated the free water and coffee offered by the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just behind Plaza de Espana. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Luxurious bed linen, comfortable bed, superb water pressure in the shower. Small but comfortable room. Upgraded to a superior room and provided with a kettle to make tea. Close to metro stop. Stylish hotel with a cute cafe in the lobby.
Felt so taken care of, no reason to complain.
